At Puppy Tales Adventures, we understand that plans can change — both for you and your furry friend. Our goal is to be flexible while ensuring our team can provide the best possible care and scheduling for all clients.
Cancellations
- Dog Walking & Daycare:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
Same-day cancellations may incur the full session fee, as your spot has been reserved and resources allocated. - Boarding Services:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the start date are fully refundable.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% charge. - Grooming or Drop-in Visits:
Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be billed in full.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where:
- A booking was charged in error,
- The service could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, or
- An agreed-upon credit was not applied.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
Rescheduling
We’re happy to reschedule your booking when possible. Please contact us directly via phone, text, or email to adjust your appointment.
